INSURANCE: Club Insurance is Public Liability only. For personal insurance in club races, other triathlon events and during training we recommend members take out their own insurance. Triathlon NSW offers personal insurance for triathletes – refer www.trinswrace.org for more information. Trystars package includes personal insurance for the Trystar member during racing and training.

REGISTRATION: Juniors - no later than 7.45am
Seniors - no later than 8.00am
RACE STARTING TIMES: Juniors - 8.00am
Seniors after the juniors (approximately 8.30am)
CANCELLATION OF RACES: If the conditions make the bike leg (only) unsafe for competitors, the Club will still conduct an event, whether it be a run/swim or run only. IF A RACE IS TO BE CANCELLED THE DECISION WILL BE MADE AT START TIME.
COMMITTEE MEETINGS: Meetings are open to all members wishing to attend. Meetings are held after Club races and are scheduled in the Race Calendar. They are usually quite informal affairs. VOLUNTEERS: Club races depend on members volunteering their time. If you can, it is appreciated that if you are tapering or injured that you attend Club races to assist in marshalling duties. This gives others the opportunity to race. Marshals will sign on and be included in the point score and in the lucky draw. CLUB UNIFORMS: Club shirts and caps are available to purchase at any time. Just see Treasurer Rhett to place an order. The Club has some stock of shirts on hand, otherwise there will be a 3-week lead time. Club trisuits and crop tops are also available for purchase, at a subsidised cost, for Seniors and Juniors. FINANCIAL SUPPORT FOR MEMBERS: Members of Forster Triathlon Club who have been selected to represent the sport of triathlon in a recognized Championship event in Australia or Overseas are eligible to submit an application for a financial contribution from the Club. Conditions apply. Applications are available from the Club Secretary.
